My favorite vault drill is double layouts off the trampoline into the pit, it helps simulate the landing and air awareness.

My favorite bars drill is a bounce to handstand (using t-trainer and a single low bar) We used it a lot for holding and hitting handstands in the lower levels which is a big asset for me now. I also love the tkatchev drill on the trampoline with a bar and a mat behind.

My favorite beam drill is doing my jumps onto a panel mat.

For floor I like doing bounce handstand double twists with a t-trainer and a block.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
