So I quit gymnastics about a year ago, however I am still VERY flexible, and I also do cheerleading. However, I was wondering if there were any flexibility "goals" I could accomplish? I am really flexible and I would like to see how much more flexible stuff I could actually do. Just so you know, I am not going to hurt myself in anyway, I am EXTREMELY flexible but I can't think of anything else I could try besides the basic stuff like splits. Does anyone have any flexible "skills" that I could possibly try? I can already do good scorpions and heel stretches and such.

Go to youtube and watch some contortionist videos.

Off hand stuff like where you lay on your chest and try to have your feet touch your head or the ground by your ears.

Doing bridges where your hands and feet touch.

Doing what I call the "pretzel" which is hooking your feet behind your head.

Standing on one leg while holding the other leg at vertical like a front or side split/scale.
