okay, i only coach "lower levels", so i get kind of confused when i think about which floor skills are harder than others...if you are a high level gymnast, or were one, can you make a list for me that says which order you typically learn your floor tumbling in, and what level that skill is?

for example:

1 roundoff BHS - level 4
2 roundoff BHS back tuck - level 5
3 roundoff BHS back pike - level __
4 roundoff BHS back layout - level __
etc...

some skills i would really like for you to list (in order) are roundoff BHS:
-half, full, and double twists
-single and double arabians
-double back and front tucks, pikes, and layouts
-etc...

thank you guys sooo much! :)

USAG routines include the following tumbling skills. (I'm leaving out acro type skills. If you want to know those, I can list them too.)

Level 4: RO BHS

Level 5: RO BHS BHS
Front Handspring

Level 6: RO BHS Back tuck
front handspring step out, front handspring
front tuck

As Level 7 and up are optional levels, tumbling varies.

Most L7s do something like (at least in Florida): RO BHS layout (or 1/2 or full)
front handspring front tuck OR front handspring front pike OR front tuck front tuck
They may finish with an easier pass like a RO BHS BT.

Level 8 includes skills such as: RO BHS 1/1
front handspring front layout or running front layout
front tuck step out connected to something (RO BHS layout, RO BHS full)

At level 9 and 10, anything goes.
Double twist is usually 9 or above, as are most front twisting skills.
Single Arabian is usually 9 or above, although it is a "B" and could be done in Level 8.
Double Arabian-10 or elite
Double Back- 9 or above. Often level 9s with do double back tuck, and may build up to a double back pike for 10.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
