What front tumbling can you do in xcel platinum on floor? Is front handspring front tuck ok?
Yes, FHS-FT is ok. So is Front Pike. So is FHS-RO. So is front tuck 1/2.

However, Front tumbling is NOT required.... we have 2 girls that do ROBHS and ROBT.
YG started the season doing ROBT and Front Pike. She has just switched to ROBHSBT and ROBHS. She is working on FHS-FT, but it isnt ready for this coming Saturday, so it is on hold til after Y Nationals.

All that is required is 2 acro passes.
One pass has to have 2 flight elements with a salto.
The other pass has to have 2 flight elements OR a B salto.

When you say what "can" you do, do you mean what is the minimum? As Raenndrops said, FHS-FT qualifies as one of the passes. Actually, it is probably the most typical front pass for Platinum in my area, and will be what my DD competes at Platinum. Most typical back pass is RO-BHS-BT or RO-BHS-LO. But Platinum gymnasts can put a lot into their Floor, so you will see plenty of high level passes for sure!

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
