Women Getting a do-over at State?

Several years ago, when dd was in compulsory, the tornado siren went off during the state meet. My dd was finished but others weren't. After 1 1/2 hrs in the men's locker room, the girls were allowed to go finish state. It was a crazy night.

I have heard that if there are parents taking pictures with a flash and the gymnast says it bothered them that they can request a do-over. Haven't seen it done.

That's interesting. I've always heard the exact opposite. It pretty much needs to be an Act of God for the judges to allow you to re-do your event. I wonder if there are set-down-in-ink rules for this.
