goals???

Goals

My goals or my next meet:(March 6th)
Bars:get straight knees and arms on cutback an mill and make casts bigger

Beam:STOP SHAKING!!!

Vault:Dont pike!!!

Floor:tighten up get splits!

Any advice on stretching splits and for hip flexibility??? Post in the other forum under gymnastics it should be on the first page thanks!!!
 
To start off, I'm a level 7.
Here's my goals for the next few months:

Vault: Start flipping my tsuks w/ or w/ out a spot

Bars: Figure out the new level 7 bar routine my coach has made: (kip on low bar, tuck on, jump to high bar, kip, cast to handstand, clearhip to handstand, giant, layout flyaway), Also I'd like to practice half pirouettes and double back flyaways.

Beam: Attempt round-off back tuck off of beam, learn back handspring on high beam (I do round-off's instead) and maybe throw a backhandspring backhandspring

Floor: Front handspring front layout front tuck, Round off backhandspring layout with some kind of twist, and either a front or side aerial

bars- hit casts!!!!!

beam-score a 9.2 this season

vault-more heel drive in the pre-flight

floor-better dance??? idk
we are in season right now soo not to many big goals untill after season!!!!!!:)
 
My date would be August 1st (coz that's my b'day and my first competition date):
Vault:
Handspring 1/1
Bars:
Cast handstands
Clearhip circles (can already do but I want to get them higher)
Layout flyaway
Giants
Beam:
Round off
Front walkover
Change leap sizzone
Cartwheel back layout dismount
Double turn
Floor:
Round off flip layout 1/1
Handspring front layout 1/1 front layout
Change ring leap
Change leap 1/2
Shushunova 1/1
Triple turn

Might not have ALL of those by my b'day but still I'm allowed to have goals! =P
 
ok, so by the time i'm 16- september 20th i want to have:

Bars: cast squat on - i've been trying to get this for so long! , 3/4 giant. staddle undershoot

Floor: backhandspring maybe roundoff backhandspring, higher front tuck so i can land standing up!, front handspring where i dont land on my bum!, front and back walkovers and left/box splits

Vault: handspring with straight legs and arms!

Beam: 1 1/2 spin, full spin with leg at horizontal, handspring dismount, land my front tuck dismount, back walkover on middle beam
 
Im a level 8...
my goals for march since that is when my next meet will be...
Vault: improve and actually go for my tsukahara tucked... possibly begin piking it
Bars: GIANTS!!!... free hip handstand... keep my legs up after my pirouette... point my toes!... clean up my legs on my back uprise... and clean my dismount landing
Beam: Connect my series better... clean my full turn... hold my scale on toe for 2 secs... point my toes on leaps and jumps... bigger straddle jump... and clean my dismount.
Floor: get a full... fix my layout punch front... front thru to half... 180 degree jumps and leaps... pointed toes!
 
Ooooh fun!

Goals for this season:

Bars: Baby giant and Kip, which I 90% have, maybe flyaway
Beam: backwalkover on the high beam without a spot, stuck front tuck dismount
Vault: improve in general, better block
Floor: Roundoff backtuck :), better front handspring
 
My goals for this summer are basically to get all my level 8 skills :):

Vault:
tucked tsuk (maybe pike)
tucked yurchenko (or at least backhandspring over the table)
front full

Bars:
pirouette
clear hip handstand

Beam:
switch leap
handspring handspring
some sort of dismount :)

Floor:
full
fronthandspring front layout front tuck
roundoff whip half front tuck
double turn
