DD was pretty nervous coming into this first meet of the season. Her favorite coach left for college, she was struggling with her cartwheel and handstand on beam out of nowhere, and that back extension thing on floor was all of a sudden hit or miss...
But today she rocked it and had her game face on! Nailed everything but VAULT!! Of all things... Fell on her butt on the second attempt..lol.. Finished with a 36.95 all around(first) , first on bars, beam, floor and 8th on vault...team also took first
This is an 'easier' scoring meet for our girls usually but a great way to boost confidence for the remainder of the season... Moving to level 5 after states! Proud momma
