Hi everyone,

I'm part of an adult team that competes NAIGC. We aren't college--we're associated with a local club and mostly in our 30s and 40s. Our gym recently notified us that they may be losing their insurance for their adult classes, which means both the adult class and our adult team would be cut. This is obviously pretty upsetting for us, and we want to be able to work with them as much as possible. I know that AAU and other NAIGC groups use different insurance than most gyms, and I'm going to be looking into what those do. However, it would be very helpful if I understood the kinds of insurance that gyms need to carry better, and how adult insurance specifically interacts with those. Could someone with experience there help walk me through that?

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
