It was different this year since my daughter lives in Japan, and my son had pneumonia, but we have had fun, and are enjoying just hanging out! Video chats help a lot!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! My kids got a slackboard (a small free-standing slackline). They immediately started doing cool tricks on it. Such a win since they are both into physical play and they both currently have broken wrists!

Usually, my dad's side of the family gathers together for Christmas every year; this year due to scheduling conflicts, we moved the gathering after christmas.... and then almost everybody caught flu and couldn't come anyway.

My wife and I celebrated New Years Day by doing the extended Lord of the Rings marathon. (Side note: I'd forgotten how useless Frodo is in those movies. He doesn't really do anything, and could be replaced with a pumpkin while changing basically nothing else about the plot)

Also, I got a nice surprise New Years eve, when OCReMix featured one of my tracks as their ceremonial 5000th mix.
