Good luck to all those that are getting ready to start this crazy, frustrating, fun, tearful, goal reaching, anxiety inducing process. I hope everyone gets the calls they want and maybe a few surprises (in a good way) that they weren't expecting. Remember if you don't get a call/text tomorrow, this is only the beginning! Its a long road and many pieces of the puzzle need to be put together.
For those that do have calls, remember, BE YOURSELF! The coaches know your gymnastics, these calls are about getting to know you as a person. What are you like outside of the gym? What books do you read? Music you like? How would friends describe you? What degree if any you are interested in? Most of these first calls are the coaches talking about the program not blitzing you with trick questions. Relax (easy right?) and just be yourself! I sincerely wish the best for everyone!
