Recently I had a hand/ finger injury on my right (dominate) hand. However, I was only out at most 2 weeks. I’ve been back for a week now and i’m having trouble holding on to the bar without getting the feeling that i’m going to peel. I have grips that fit and we’re fine before i got hurt. Kips and cast handstands have also not felt good lately. I have a meet Friday and so hopefully i’ll work it out? Does anyone has any tips?
