Coaches Head Coach universally unliked

The head compulsory coach in our gym is universally unliked by parents and athletes. She is just sort of “there”. Some kids have left as a result and spoken to the owner directly about this. They recently removed a coach from the lower level teams and the athletes are very upset about it, but they are quite young and they obviously don’t have much say. As a parent, what can be done to ensure the needs of the athletes are being met, when the owner refuses to acknowledge the needs of the parents?

If the management is not responsive to parent feedback, then a parent’s only recourse is to find a new gym.
