So, I was wondering if anybody could tell me about a good diet for gymnasts. I'm not saying I'm trying to lose weight- I'm comfortable with who I am. I am just trying to eat a little healthier. I know that there are certain things athletes should eat to help them perform better, and that a gymnast also has a special diet. I practice 8-9 hours a week, and also run about 1 mile about 3 times a week. Does anyone know the best diet for an athlete like me?
