WAG Heel Pain

My daughter has been experiencing heel pain from back tuck on beam (we think). We have been icing it every evening. She doesn't hurt walking or outside of gym, but every night when she comes home from gym she complains about it. Any suggestion as to what else we should do? Thanks all.

Has she told her coach and have they modified her training because it's hurting? To be honest, you're better off just going to a doctor or PT to take a look if it's not getting better.
