Hello, members of The Chalk Bucket! I am so excited to find this forum. I am a 27-year-old gymnastics coach from the Midwest. I teach everything from Tots to Level 5, and I am always looking for innovative approaches to coaching.

Right now, I am especially interested in the mental side of the sport. Unfortunately, I don't have much of a foundation in sports psychology (yet) ... so I want to learn as much as I can!

I am looking forward to using this forum!

Welcome to CB! There's a wealth of information here, especially from the parents. I've found just reading the parent forum has helped me to helped my gymnasts, because I get a different point of view for a situation.
