I have been having a lot of back issues.. And just doing a simple back bend or back walkover irritates my back A LOT! I have been having pain for about 2 weeks. I have not seen a chiropractor or doctor. (And would rather keep it that way) I use ice, and a heating pad regularly and it doesn't seem to be helping.. I'm only in pain when Im being active.. ( So not when I'm sitting.) If ANYONE can give me tips on how to get my back better that would help.. (By the way its not my whole back it's just my lower back..)
