Hello, I am currently competing for my school in gymnastics and i love sooooo much that about 1 and a half months ago i overdid it and damaged my lower spine, At first my physio thought it was just me pulling my QL mucle but after about three weeks of ultra sound (physio not baby scanning!) on my back it is still quite sore!
my mum thinks i might of done some soft tissue damage but there is a possibility i may have a stress fracture!
I don't know what to do and i love gymnastics sooooo much i don't want to stop! I can't even do a bridge at the moment, but before i cold do a back and front handsprings, back and forward walkovers and all of those types of things. Please help me i don't know how to ease myself back into it once my back has healed!
