LOL. The joy sof boys. honey on their hands for pbars. Spitting on their hands for pommel, chalk, grips, ugh. THey are gross....

Our boys use honey and our coach likes the pbars exactly how he lies them. Remember seeing the Olympics and watching the Russian girls working together all the time to get the bars just right? yeah that is just like our coaches at the meets...and I am sure will evolve into the boys doing it for themselves.

Coach has taught DS his own pbar and vault settings so he can help in the messing with the equipment prior to competing. I've tried really hard to get him to use the spray bottle for PH instead of the alternative, but it's just not working consistently, ugh.
