Women How do you get rid of arches in clear hips?

Hello, I am working on gaining my clear hip for bars to put in my routine this season, but I am having trouble keeping a hollow shape after I shift my wrists at the end of the clear hip. Do you have anything that helps you remember to stay hollow, stations I could try, or any other ideas?

For me, I try to push the bars with my shoulders so I can get clearance, which prevents me from arching. It helps me stay in a cast and hollow shape

By clearance, do you mean right after your cast, or after you shift your wrists?
