Women How long and what age for bronze xcel?

I am wondering what the average expected time line and age most girls are for xcel bronze level?
I know there are some amazing athletes that skipped this level entirely and some that have stayed competing in this level at older ages because they like to compete but also love to do other activities.
I am interested to know about the average expectation is for this category.

Our girls spend 1-2 years in Bronze. They train 6 hrs/week. The average Bronze is 7.8 years old. In a given year, 75% of our Bronzes move up to Silver and 25% repeat the level.

Love the exact 7.8! So what would be the key skill differences in ones who move up to silver versus the ones who repeat bronze?
