used to qualify gymnasts for
 the Team finals (8 teams),
 the individual All-around (24 gymnasts),

I believe only 2 gymnasts from each country csn compete in each final, though. So for example, #25 gets to compete in the AA final since sll 3 Americans cannot.

This is not correct. There is no team competition this year. There never is a team competition at worlds in the year following an Olympic year. So the top 24 will go to AA and then the top 8 for each apparatus final.
