Our gym often uses xcel as an alternate path to optionals, our hours for silver are 6 per week, 8.5 for Gold, and 13 for Platiunum.

My gym bronzes do 6 hours, silver does 8, gold/platinum does 12 and Diamond/sapphire does 14. We use xcel as a replacement for compulsory, so after gold or platinum you can go to optional or stay xcel

All xcels (gold-diamond; with the exception silver) is 9 hours (3x days for 3 hours)

SIlver is 3 hours a week (2x day for 1.5 hours)

At my gym, I think its 9 hours for silver (not sure), and 12 for both gold and platinum. No diamonds currently but when there were, they did 16 hours. I don't know about bronze.

At my gym( we are recreational focused, but have a team) I’m xcel silver and I train 4 hours a week. All xcel gymnasts train 4 hrs a wk at my gym and the xcel levels that we have are bronze-platinum

Starting summer practice in a couple of weeks and I’ll be practicing 16 hrs a week as a gold btw.

I am an Xcel Gold and I currently train for 7.5 hours per week. The first half an hour is for warming up, conditioning, and stretching, and for the rest of the time we spend half an hour on each event.
