Parents How to gain momentum in walkover

My daughters walkovers both front and back are hit and miss .
How does she get momentum/speed in front walkover?

I don’t think walkovers are meant to be done with speed. Ideally should be slow and controlled. Likely a strength/flexibility thing she needs to work on.

It’s all about core strength and flexibility. A walkover should not rely on momentum.
