My daughter can do some beautiful tumbling on rod floor and air track but then struggles with getting enough height in her back layouts or enough power in her front tucks/front pikes on the actual floor. What does she need to do on floor to get more height and power? Does she just need to run faster, jump harder, or what? Thanks.

I would recommend she try skills from a power hurdle on her air track and rod floor to get used to building power. Then when she try's them on spring floor have her run into them. The extra speed from her run should help to make up for the lack of bounce. Hope this helps!
