Even though I tore my hamstring (grade 2, now with scarring) and have had physical therapy on both my hammy and my elbow, I will try my best to compete next season! I havent competed in about 4 years, but have been in and out of the gym consistently either coaching or practicing and have really felt LOST since I quit in January.

I've gone through MRI's, xrays, and various types of massage and physical therapy to help with my hamstring, but it looks like I need surgery..which I cant afford. I figure the stretching I do in gymn is just as effective, if not more, than the PT ive been doing. Right now Ive lost about 80% of my flexibility on my hammy, which prevents me from doing back walkovers, splits, etc..but, hopefully, I can work towards fixing my leg :)

There's always hope!!
