Coaches I want to learn more about optional gymnastics but do not know where to start.

I have been coaching preteam and compulsory gymnastics for 5 years now. I want to know more about level 7 and up. I am just not sure where to start on learning all of this information.

I plan on doing this course next year and bringing my two best girls. Have you ever done this course? What's it like? How is it for networking? I want to coach at the elite level someday, so I would imagine this is a good opportunity to meet the bigwigs.

This is a basic entry optional course, the 400 is after this and you get a little deeper. But yea you will probably get to work with Neil, Tammy, Tom, etc... All amazing coaches.
