Funny! There's also a "pi" day in March, isn't there? 3/14, because it is like the mathematical pi... 3.1415...etc. Oh, and yes. Pie day is definitely worthy of international celebration! Happy holidays to everyone!

Happy Nobeldagen (listed as a Swedish holiday, but has global implications)
Happy Constitution Day (Thailand)
Happy International Human Rights Day
Happy International Animal Rights Day

Happy Indiana Day to our Usonian* members
Happy Pampanga Day to Phillipino members (if we have any)
Happy Remembrance Day of Llwelyn II to our Welsh members
Happy Republic Day to our Burkinabé members (if we have any)
Happy Tango Day to our Porteño members (if we have any)

*I say "Usonian" because I've always thought the USA should have a more specific demonym than "American." After all, America is a pair of continents containing 35 countries, so it seems odd to use the term "American" to describe something originating in a specific one of them. Hence the use of Frank Lloyd Wright's term, "Usonian."
