Hoping someone out there can give me some advice. Our gym is not in a position to build an in ground pit so I have been looking at alternative solutions. Does anyone know anything about inflatable foam pits? Their pro's and con's. Or maybe air pillows? Any assistance would be appreciated.

The inflatable pits are better than no pit and for some skills better since they don't allow the gymnast to land so low. They are easier to clean/fluff and can be moved all over the gym (depending on your layout). The cons are they can rip and they are noisy (the air flow has to be turned on when you are using it).

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
