Thanks. My back is better. The wrist I know are going to hurt basically till I stop growing. (What wrist specialist said) So with wrist supports im able to deal with that. My foot had a fracture and it is healing well. In two weeks that pain should pass. The main concern is my shoulder now. (Bicep Tendinitis I think...) I'm conditioning it /icing it/ heating it everyday... Not much progress though. Sitting home and not being in the gym is driving me crazy.... But I think I need to drink more water I only drink about about a bottle a day...
