I recently had surgery on my ankle, and I'm definitely going to go back to gym. But obviously my strength is struggling. Any good conditioning?
 
Hve you been cleared by your doctor to work on your ankle? Or are you looking for stuff that you can do without using your ankle whilst you heal?
 
As always, Bog hit the nail on the head. As well, are you going to physical therapy? Because they will be the ones to start you on ankle strengthening until you are strong enough to return
