Coaches Inlocates and dislocates on rings

inverted cross pulls done in sets with coach spotting. their chest, shoulders, biceps and triceps must have the strength to accomplish "high" positions in inlocate and dislocate swings.
 
One of the drills I saw for dislocates was backward roll to wide arm. I'm sure you could progressively work this to wider and wider and that would help.

Unfortunately, it's very hard to chest roll to wide arm. Like insane.
