Seriously, there is a mount a little less than a minute in....I think the girl presses to a handstand and then somehow comes down to the beam on the middle of her back so she is arched perpendicular to the direction of the beam. I swear I heard my own back crack when I saw that. OUCH

That is seriously crazy... I can't believe the ones when they go under the beam and they can actually get back up!
