A member suggested that we create a sticky thread that will work as a resource for gymnasts and parents who are looking for help, or support, when they are in crisis.

Please add any relevant links and phones numbers here. I suggest putting the country at the top of your post to avoid confusion, and long distance charges.

There is the Kids Help Phone which is available 24/7 for anyone under age 18. Can be just to talk, not necessarily a crisis situation but they will help in that case too. So even if you just need to talk or whatever.

I would like to add that for the USA, if your crisis is immediate and you need help right now, you can always call 911. Those operators have all received suicide intervention training.
