Heyo! I'm a level 4 gymnast. I have all my level 4 skills, all but 1 level 5 skill, and all but 4? level 6 skills...Is it normal for me to have..

I'm also going to start working back tucks in a couple weeks
Also, do you have advice for the form on a front layout?
And do I have a chance at collegic gymnastics? If I keep working like I do..I don't mess around...I train after practice and I come on days we don't have too...also what are good workouts? I usually do crunches, opposite leg crunches, wide diamond and normal pushups, v ups, hollow body, hollow body tuck ups...do you have any other good excersies? I really wanna try to define my abs casue I have them but I want to define them...Thanks! and please can you try to answer all the questions..if not that's cool
