Anon Is level 4 required?

Someone told me today that level 4 is not a required level and that a gymnast could enter at level 5. Is that true?

Hope this is wag (idk anything about mag) but level 4 is indeed required. Its the first compulsory level.However, you can "score out" of it if you attain a minimum score of 34, after which you can compete level 5

WAG is Women's Artistic Gymnastics.

Levels 1-3 are not required. Level does have a score requirement.

Level 4 is the first required level and the requirement can be met with a minimum of 34 all around score at one meet. You can see the rules here in chapter 8:
