I dont know why, but recently in practice I have been doing weird squat ons. I have had my squat on for years, not a problem. Now, every few bar routines a will cast to squat on, but i will overshoot it and my feet go past the bar a couple inches, but dont touch. I hold it there a second, then bring them back on the bar and complete my routine.
Is this a deduction/ how much of a deduction is this?

It is a deduction I think. I think it is like .5 points or something like that

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
