I would be MUCH more worried about what they EAT the night before a meet.

besides they always sleep well after an afternoon swim.

PS, we did have one case where a family went to a water park the day (entire day) before an important meet....as dunno would say SSSTTTOOOOOOOOOPPPIIIIIDDD!

What ever happened to common sense people?
