Stumbled upon this on Youtube. My two gymmies wanted to watch it again and again, and were quite inspired. Resolution isn't great, but still great fun!

I just watched with one of my 10 yos. She said, " wow. He doesn't have muscles like THAT now. Um. I mean he is still strong, it us just , um, his muscles aren't that big.". LOL

(She has been to flip fest this year and last.)
