I really don't know the answer to this...normally there is a head judge at the meet.

Unless the judge is doing a bad job at the meets...there is no reason to do anything? A persons personal life is just that. If the judge is somehow violating the rules (or unable to do their job), then there is a problem. Also...check out the below link:
