i understand what your talking about JBS. but others may not as it gets confusing. and using your video drills above, and use for the ball out, one that we do is 3/4>cruise cody all the way over to back drop>then ball out front. and then ball out front 1/2. it's just another sequential drill and begins teaching them to late twist.

after mastery, they can do the 3/4>cruise 1/2 turn cody to front>1/2 out. whether Kaz or Tsuk full, the drills are necessary to teach the twisting within the somi and not before. unless of course you want them to learn a Cuervo (Jonah) or 1/2 turn first then back somi. but that's another long one...

and hahahahahahahahahaha CaEliteCoach! :)

if you don't want to embarrass your son...just say 'twisting-flipping' thing. :)

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
