Men L5 parallettes

What skills and conditioning might my L5 son enjoy on his parallettes at home?

He wanted them and we found some yesterday, but other than a few things, he's not sure what to do. I thought, though, that the list of fun might be extensive.

DS's coach would say, "start with a million handstands." Then L seats, V seats, presses!

mannas, pushups, handstand pushups. But I agree with profmom...can never go wrong with handstands!

Soon they will seem like living room furniture. He will sit there straddling them while watching tv.

That is so true. D's mushroom is pretty much our coffee table in the living room
