Heyo! So I'm 13 and I started gymnastics when I had just turned 11. I skipped level 3, and I'm now a level 5. I have all the level 5 skills except the RO BHS BHS, I've made one long hang kip! Anyway, so except the RO BHS BHS I have all the other skills plus:
Floor:
Punch Front
Front Pike
Front handspring step out Front Handspring
Switch Leap
Switch Side
Wolf Jump half turn
Full Turn in pase
Bars:
Tucked Fly Away
Baby Giant on straps
Working on cleap hips
Beam:
BWO on low beam
Front tuck dismount
Cartwheel Step in
Vault:
Just the fhs(:

AAAAnywayy...to my actual questionnnnnn....well I'm like the hardest worker on my team and I have so much determintation to accomplishing stuff that when I mess up I get so frusterated. I also get mental blocks a lot..mainly on beam with the BWO and handstand.. But my dream used to be to get to elite..but I doubt that's a realistic dream...so I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to be a college gymnast...if I work hard do you think I can accompish it? and can you just give me advice for just gymnastics? thank you!!!!!!!!!(::D:D:):):)

Depends. Some kids could be a level 5 at a relatively young age and still not make a college team. I don't have personal experience with college gym, as I am not in college yet...but I do know that they value work ethic, talent, experience, demeanor, strength, flexibility and a multitude of other factors into consideration when looking at potential team members.

My advice/thoughts: you can do anything you want if you put your heart in it. :) The work is secondary to the passion, IMO.
