curious if any vault coaches could assess my DD level 8 Tsuk as to whether it’s close to safely being flipped and landed about a month out from competing.
Concerned about DD safety… it’s looking to my eye she’s not tucking tightly and rotating fast enough. She gets a solid block and decent height but her head usually ends up below the table when upside down on rotation… where as most girls I see their heads are above or even with the table when upside and land more upright. Would a coach be able to assess how close a gymnast is to flipping a vault safely from a video?
just need a 2nd opinion for my peace of mind and my daughter safety?
