Layout / Rocket Shape Progressions

Hey , Im luke and im just starting up being a physical education sport teacher in high schools. Im trying to plan a lesson on progressions focusing on the layout or rocket shape. But im currently struggling on finding some progressions into or after the rocket shape. So far i have the students can start lying down on their backs practicing this position and once they are perfectly straight they can progress onto their knees and once they are again perfectly straight they can practice this posisiton standing up, The only thing i am thinking about that is that it may be a little bit basic, If you would be able to help me it would be greatly appreciated thank you
 
i'd like to help but i don't understand what you're asking. possibly english is not your first language. i hope so for my sake...:)
