Where should my arms be in a sissone? Can they be by my ears? And do i have to step out and finish after a leap or jump

Sissones are usually done with arms out to the side like for a split jump. It doesn't matter if arms are by your ears as long as the arms are controlled and tight.

Most of the time they are out by the side, but they can be put by your ears. I don't believe you have to step out and finish, but you do have to finish the skill.

Everyone's arms are different. I put one of mine to the front and one to the side. Also you don't have to step out, but a leap looks better if you do.
