WAG Level 3 module assessment help

Is anyone here able to help me with what documents I should produce for the L3 module assessment ? BG states you should provide training plans and evaluation documents which show your involvement with the gymnasts skill development. I am not sure that best way to present this or set this out? How many sessions plans need to be shown? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
