Parents Level 3 vault with minitamp

Hi! I am hoping to get some clarification I am new to competition gymnastics as this is my daughter’s first year competing at level 3. She has been struggling with her vault using the springboard and her coaches have been reassuring us she will be able to use the minitramp for competition. But from what I’ve read this may void her vault? Any insight on this is appreciated.

Minitramp is allowed in Lv.3 now. It's a recent change.
