Floor- handstand hold forward roll, roundoff rebound, backward roll to pike with straight arms, bridge kickover with straight legs, split leap, heel snap turn, straight jump+tuck jump.
Beam- swing from v-sit to pushup shape, arabesque hold for 2 seconds without wobbling, 3/4 handstand (yes on the high beam), 3 running steps without wobbling, pivot turn, split jump (i dont know the degree but it doesnt need to be too big, but cant be teeny tiny) cartwheel to handstand dismount.
