Women Level 6/7 vaults

There are 3 options available - front handspring, tsuk and yurchenko. Which one do you see most commonly? Is one option easiest?

Most commonly probably tsuk. IMO easiest is handspring or tsuk.

The most common is probably a Tsuk for levels 6/7, but when those gymnasts get to level eight they will usually switch to a yurchenko because it’s easier to flip and progress for the upper levels.
