Coaches Level 7 confused

Are switch leaps allowed on beam and floor ... I have such a hard time understanding the JO code ... I feel like its saying C's are only allowed on bars.

Switch leap on floor is a B, so allowed at L7. And they changed rules this year(again) so one dance C element is allowed on beam and floor at level 7. So one switch leap ok on beam at L7 as long as it's the only C.
